Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with candidates, understanding their requirements, providing suitable guidance, and maintaining consistent follow-ups throughout the process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative and achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with candidates and understand their requirements.
Provide appropriate consultation and guidance based on candidate needs.
Maintain regular and effective follow-ups with candidates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records and reports of candidate interactions and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve the consultation and sales process.
Introduce and implement new strategies to improve conversions and overall performance.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Requirements
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Go-getter attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and information.
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Willingness to work in a flexible shift schedule.
Ability to work from the office and handle the 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM shift.
