About the Role

CREEE is looking for enthusiastic and motivated English Language Trainers who are passionate about teaching, communication, and helping learners achieve their goals. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with a strong command of English and a willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching approaches.

Selected candidates will receive in-house training and guidance to develop their teaching skills and gradually progress towards becoming specialised OET Trainers.

Key Responsibilities

OET Training: Deliver structured English language training across all four OET subtests: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, as skills develop.

Mock Test Administration: Conduct regular mock tests to assess candidates’ performance, identify learning gaps, and monitor progress.

Personalised Feedback: Evaluate performance and provide constructive, individualised feedback to improve language proficiency and exam readiness.

Doubt Clarification: Address candidates’ questions about English language concepts, OET question types, assessment criteria, and exam techniques.

Exam Preparation: Support candidates through structured lessons, targeted practice, and exam-oriented guidance.

Strategy Sessions: Conduct focused sessions for Reading and Listening, covering question-specific techniques, time management, and accuracy improvement.

Progress Monitoring: Track learners’ progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable learning strategies to help them achieve their target scores.

Continuous Learning: Participate in in-house training, adopt new teaching methods, and continuously improve instructional skills.

Requirements

Strong command of English with good verbal and written communication skills.

A genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping others improve their English.

Good presentation, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Willingness to learn the OET exam format, assessment criteria, and preparation strategies through in-house training.

Ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching methods to different learning needs.

Openness to feedback, continuous learning, and new teaching approaches.

Freshers with the right aptitude and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Prior OET training experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
