personally, and without the chaos of standard packages. We design trips around
the traveller, their pace, their needs, their idea of a perfect day. And we see
every journey through from the first phone call to the doorstep drop-off.
The Role
You are not a driver.
You are the product. Every traveller will remember how they felt, what you said
when something went wrong, and whether they felt looked after or just
transported.

Trip, You Will
- Pick up from doorstep (on time, in
uniform, vehicle cool, music soft)
- Handle all luggage (traveller carries
nothing from arrival to departure)
- Drive smoothly (routes chosen for comfort,
not speed)
- Be guide, companion, and quiet presence
(read when to talk, when silence works)
- Manage the day (meals, check-ins, timings,
rest stops — they never wonder what's next)
- Solve problems before they notice (room
issues, delays, weather — sort it, then tell them)
- Take candid, genuine photographs for the
traveller and their family
- Log daily data: route notes, mood, food
feedback, activity response (10 min, non-negotiable)
- Close with care (handwritten note, small
gift, a goodbye that feels like one)
Beyond Trips (as
our first hire)
- Company driving: meetings, vendor visits,
team travel (scheduled, never conflicts with trips)
- Tourist cab network: on-demand drives
during downtime for extra earnings (advance notice always given)
Who We Are Looking
For
- Driving: Valid Indian LMV+ licence, 3+ years, clean record, no major
violations in 5 years
- Hospitality: Prior hotel, resort, restaurant or
guest-facing service role
- Photography: Genuine eye for candid moments (portfolio
welcome)
- Languages: Malayalam required, conversational
English required
- First Aid: Basic knowledge
- Background: Police verification and driving record
check required
- Availability: Willing to travel within Kerala for
multi-day trips, flexible start times
Character

- Patient – Comfortable with people who move
slowly, repeat questions, or need more time
- Discreet – What happens in the vehicle
stays there
- Warm, not familiar – Make people feel at
ease without crossing lines
- Proud of small things – Cold water, right
seat height, quiet music
- Honest – Report problems to Ops
